03/05/2002 - POLLUTION RISK SERVICES REPORTS $23 MILLION CONTRACT WITH FLUOR FERNALD
Cincinnati, Ohio - March 5, 2002 Pollution Risk Services (PRS) announced today that its sister company, Inter-Continental Services LLC, has signed a five year contract with Fluor Fernald. The $23 million contract is for equipment and services related to the remediation of the former Uranium processing plant owned by the Department of Energy (DOE). Since 1996, Pollution Risk Services family of companies has completed over $30 million of work at the site. Commenting on the project Pete Mather, Vice President of the Pollution Risk Sevices and Inter-Continental Services, LLC, stated "We are excited about our continued working relationship with Fluor Fernald and the DOE. This contract is a testimony of our commitment to be involved with the successful closure of this site. I congratulate our employees and thank Fluor Fernald for their support."
