12/21/2001 PETRO CELLS CELEBRATE 10 YEAR ANNIVERSARY |
Cincinnati, Ohio - December 21, 2001 Pollution Risk Services (PRS) celebrates the 10 year anniversary of the Petro Cells. Located in the Washington Court House and Lodi, Ohio, the Petro Cells are the Midwests largest petroleum contaminated soil remediation facilities. Over the last decade the Petro Cells have treated more than 1,500,000 tons of petroleum contaminated soil. The patented process utilizes a double HDPE liner system and combination soil vapor extraction /enhanced bio-remediation to treat contaminated soils. The end result is clean, non-regulated soil that ends generator liability and saves valuable landfill space. Petro Cell customers include Fortune 500 companies, gasoline retailers, government entities and environmentally conscious companies.
Commenting on the announcement Pete Mather, Vice President of Pollution Risk Services, stated "This is a proud day for our organization. Over the past 10 years we have become recognized as the leader in commercial soil treatment facilities. The Petro Cells continue to offer the safest and most cost effective solution for managing petroleum contaminated soil. I thank those customers who have trusted their liability with us over the last decade and look forward to working with them in the future." |
